Happy New Year – 2014
I can’t believe how quickly 2013 has come and gone – like the blink of an eye. I can’t thank all of my 2013 families enough for trusting in me to capture memories of your new little ones for you over the past year. It’s been such an honor for me, one that I can never fully describe. Being able to do what I love and give families lifelong memories that I know will be treasured for generations and generations to come is well…..simply a dream come true for me. Each and every single family that I’ve been so blessed so meet and get to know is truly a wonderful experience for me. Being a mom of 8 myself, I know personally how valuable these memories are that I am capturing today of your new baby’s and just how much they’ll mean to you many years down the road. From the very bottom of my heart, I thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this very special time in your lives. I can’t believe Spring of 2014 will mark my 3rd anniversary of being in business. Many of the families I had the honor of meeting when I was first starting out are now coming back with their newest members of their families. What an exciting time it is for me to get to see these families again and welcome them back to my studio. I hope to be able to see many of my families again this year. I’m looking forward to an exciting 2014 that will be filled with meeting many sweet new babies and their wonderful families. This year I will continue to offer both my Mini Newborn Sessions as well as my Full Newborn Sessions. Both sessions offer something for every family’s needs as well as an extensive A La Carte menu. I would love to get some feed back from new parents this year about offering birth announcements as part of my Collections or as an A La Carte option as well. I will also be using a lot more all neutral, earthy organic colors. I love the simplicity and timeless feel that using neutral colors gives to newborn images. I want your images to last for generations to come and never go out of style.
It’s so hard to pick my favorite images out from each session over the past year but I can’t resist sharing some of my personal favorites that have just melted my heart. Many of these pictures are now gracing my studio walls as giant canvases. Every day as I walk into my studio I have to stop and just stare at these beautiful pieces of art. I will be honest and admit that often I cry in my studio….happy tears of course. Happy tears because I can’t believe how unbelievably blessed I am to be doing what I love to do so much.
On to the some of the gorgeous 2013 newborns I welcomed into my studio in 2013
……here’s to a New Year filled with lot’s more smiles 🙂
